We conclude the first run of our Live for 2014 series, in association with Lovelive and Spotify, this week, with a PJ Harvey live show recorded at the Royal Albert Hall on 31 October 2011 as part of the Let England Shake tour. Reviewing the previous night's gig, Alex Macpherson wrote in the Guardian:

The cavernous acoustics enable Harvey to emphasise the stateliness of her material: in particular, The Guns Called Me Back Again and All and Everyone take on a certain grandeur, the helplessness and futility depicted in them matched by bravery, the impotence of their protagonists transcended by the freedom provided by Harvey's generously aching melodies.
