This week, the Maida Vale studios have played host to the likes of Johnny Marr, First Aid Kit, Underworld, La Roux and lastly Manchester’s James, who take to the stage at 12pm GMT.
The band, who formed in 1982, released their 12th studio album this year. Entitled La Petite Mort, its lyrics were triggered by a range different events – from living in the US and watching the battle there to prevent gay marriage, to grief following the loss of Tim Booth’s mother and best friend in quick succession.
Below is the live stream, which caps off the week-long event which culminates with today’s performance. Let us know what you make of the show.
